Here are the guidelines for reporting.
1. Please provide a screen shot of the conversation.
2. Please provide the ign of the reported player.
3. Please indicate what day and time did the incident occur. If you cannot provide the date and time of the incident, then please post the nature of the incident in the corresponding section of the forum.
4. Please allow 24 hours for a staff member to investigate the matter on your behalf. If you did not receive an answer from a staff member regarding your complaint, then please contact a member of the Admin. team, and we will investigate the matter personally.
5. If the reported player is one of the staff, then please follow the above mentioned steps, and the Admin. team will personally investigate the matter.
The Admin. team has established the rules of reporting to be quick and easy as to resolve any matter or issue regarding a fellow player. However, please be advised that reports are taken seriously, and if there are any false claims against a player, then the reporter will receive an appropriate penalty.
