Here are the rules for the players.
In-game Rules:
1. Players are not allowed to advertise another MU server in the game.
2. Players are not allowed to sell items/ accounts in currency.
3. All global posts must be in english.
4. All players must respect the authority of the GMs, Mods, and Admins.
5. Bullying In-game is not allowed.
Account/ Security Rules:
Players must not share their account information with anyone. If a player does share his/ her account information, then the staff team are not responsible for any loss of items. If you do decided to share your account, please make sure that the person is trust worthy.
Hacking/ Cheating Rules:
1. Players are not allowed to use third party software, such as macro programs and razer programs, in order to gain an edge over other players.
2. Players are not allowed to modify the server client information, such as changing the skins, font, or any other miscellaneous changes, which may affect your computer or the server. If a player does wish to implore this tactic, please be advised that the staff team will not be responsible for any and all errors that occur with your client program.
3. Players are prohibited from exploiting or harvesting credits.
4. Players are not allowed to make fake guild wars in order to boost their rankings.
5. Players are not allowed to exploit the possible bugs or errors within the server.
6. Players are not allowed to use proxies to connect to the server, if a players does decide on this, the staff team will not provide you with any support regarding the possible difficulties which may arise as a result.
7. Scamming is strictly prohibited, any form of scamming, such as buying and selling items or exploiting the off trade system, is strictly penalized under the Banning rules.
Staff member impersonation:
1. Creating a guild that may have the connotation of being affiliated with the staff team is strictly prohibited.
2. Pretending to be personally acquainted with the staff team is strictly prohibited.
3. Pretending to be a member of the staff team, and asking for the account information of another player will not be tolerated.
NOTE: A member of the staff team will not ask for a player's account information under ANY circumstance. If an instance occurs where a player is falsely claiming to be a staff member, please report them immediately, and the Admin. team will ensure that the corresponding penalty will be executed.
Staff organization:
1. The Admin. team has absolute authority on all matters affecting the server, and important decisions, such as penalizing players, are carefully deliberated and analyzed without any bias.
2. The server follows a hierarchical order with Admins. managing and members of the staff team monitoring players in game.
3. Forum/ Moderators are the representatives of the Admin. team just in circumstances that the entire Admin. team is not present.
4. In-game GMs monitor player to ensure that all possible problems are addressed.
5. Semi-GM players assist In-game GMs monitor/ help players.
Donation Rules:
All donations are considered non-refundable. Unless otherwise the donation was not made of your own personal accord, please provide proof of the fraud, and we will be happy to refund your money.
If there was a mistake regarding your purchase of items in the web shop, please directly email an Admin. and we will correct your purchase for you.
Banning or Account suspension:
The corresponding rules, which are located in the "In-game Rules" section, are subject to enforcement through an account suspension or banning. However, since we, the staff, believe in giving players a chance, most violations of the above stated rules are subject to a 3 strike rule. In other words, a 1st violation will constitute a 24hour suspension; 2nd violation is a 1 month suspension; and a 3rd suspension is a permanent ban from the server and forum.
Appeals:
If the above stated rules were violated by a player, and a corresponding suspension occurs, please submit a thread in this forum explaining the circumstances of your actions, which will be reviewed by an Admin. If the Admins. consider your plea, then your account will be summarily restored; however, if you do not build a proper case for your appeal, then the subsequent penalty will stand, and the decision will be made final without the chance for another appeal.
