Here are the rules of appeals. Since the Admin. team believes in a democratic process, please be advised that these rules are akin to the rules of court.
1. If the player who receives a penalty wishes to have the penalty overturned, then the corresponding period of time for the appellant is 24 hours after the penalty has been given out. If the appellant does not submit and appeal within 24 hours of the penalty, then the Admin. team will assume that the appellant accepts the burden of the sentence.
2. If the appellant does submit an appeal in the corresponding section of the forum, please provide both account name and ign of the penalized player. Furthermore, the penalized character must submit the nature of the penalty along with a copy of the warning that he/ she received before being penalized.
3. After submission, a member of the Admin. team will investigate the matter within 24 hours of the appeal submission. If a member of the Admin. team deems that the penalty was warranted, then the appeal will be rejected; and the reasoning will be summarily explained in detail for the appellant's convenience. However, if the Admin. team deems the contrary, then the penalty will be lifted within 24 hours.
4. If a player receives a permanent ban on his/ her account, then the appellant may submit a case to the corresponding section of the forum within 1 week of the penalty.
5. All matters regarding the penalty and the appeal will be considered confidential.
6. Any leakage of information regarding an appeal will be investigated, and perpetrators will receive a corresponding penalty.
